John Deroba is an Electronic Sales Engineer these days. But in his former career as a personal trainer, he was always being sought out by people who were out of shape and wanted to make a change in their lives. John would help them set goals, give them the eating and workout advice they needed, and inspire them to work at bettering themselves.

So it came as quite a surprise to John when he recently found himself in the same position as some of his former clients. His new career offered long hours and few opportunities to eat or exercise correctly. When his weight topped out at 188 lbs, John drew the line and turned to BetaStax. The extreme weight-loss/energy-boosting catalyst made an immediate impact.

“With BetaStax, I was not as hungry and I also felt like I had a sudden burst of energy,” John says. “Especially on my low carb days. Pretty soon, my stomach felt flatter and not as bloated. I was definitely more focused on training and couldn’t wait to hit the gym.”

John’s previous experience as a trainer paid off handsomely, and his highly targeted workout regimen and eating plan, combined with the power of BetaStax, helped him make radical improvements on his physique. In fact, his weight (now 155 lbs) and his high level of conditioning has him thinking about taking on a new challenge.

“I plan on maintaining my regimen for now and then really ramping it up once spring comes around,” John says. “I’d like to enter a fitness competition or two in 2009, and BetaStax will play a big part in that.”
