Hey Guys,

Some fans have been asking for a cutting-phase diet plan. I have done this diet personally and it worked great for me. This is one of the diets (I switched my diet about 3-4 times depending where I was at) I did while preparing for a show that worked really well with me.

It might be extreme for some, but that’s the point–to shock your body. This is known as the 3 high and 2 lows. You can do this for about 2-3 weeks until you start seeing some results. I don’t suggest you stay on this diet constantly but keep a regimen similar to this.

Cheat!!….yes I said cheat! Pick a day where you have a cheat meal, one cheat meal and back onto dieting the rest of the day. Remember that cheat meals are good for the body in replenishing it and keeping your diet fresh (helps with refocus). If you feel that it’s tough to do this, then you can have a cheat day to enjoy with the family and get refocused and charged.

This is the diet I’ll be doing for a short amount of time and then switch it up. As many know, I mentioned that I am taking the Ultimate Definition Stack to give me the edge. A week into the stack and its going well. I’m using the Vectron and BetaStax right now, I’ll be using the Razor Ripped as I get closer to the end of my cycle and depending on whether I need to go a little further with these products. Here’s my diet that I will be doing, and from what I have written on here you can switch some things up. This was specifically for me but it has worked on other buddies of mine that wanted a cutting diet. Try it out for 2-3 weeks and keep a log showing your results. I’ll be listing the other products that I am on next week, I have to stock up as well!
